Customs & Duties
- International recipients are responsible for customs/import fees.
- If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned, return shipping will be deducted from any refund.

Returns & Exchange
Full-priced items are eligible for return or exchange if received by Ziva Lagos within:
Lagos: 3 business days
Rest of Nigeria: 5 business days
International: 10 business days
Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Sale items are final—no refunds or exchanges.
Faulty items can be exchanged if reported within 72 hours with supporting photos.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to a production error.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued as store credit gift cards, minus initial shipping/duty fees.
- For approved returns, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
