- Interstate (Nigeria): 2–5 business days.
- International: 5–14 business days (via DHL).
- Note: No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

- Delivery costs are set by courier companies, not Ziva Lagos.
- Website shipping rates cover 0.5–2kg packages. Heavier packages will incur extra charges.
- Customers may use their own shipping method; however, Ziva Lagos is not responsible for loss/theft once the package leaves their hands.
Customs & Duties
- International recipients are responsible for customs/import fees.
- If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned, return shipping will be deducted from any refund.
Changes & Issues
- To update delivery info, email ziva@zivalagos.com with your name and order number.
- Changes after processing may cause delays or incur extra fees.
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect info may require a second delivery (fees may apply).

Returns & Exchange
Full-priced items are eligible for return or exchange if received by Ziva Lagos within:
Lagos: 3 business days
Rest of Nigeria: 5 business days
International: 10 business days
Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Sale items are final—no refunds or exchanges.
Faulty items can be exchanged if reported within 72 hours with supporting photos.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to a production error.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued as store credit gift cards, minus initial shipping/duty fees.
- For approved returns, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
